NOTE: £70 per team, which includes competition entries. If the fee is paid before the 2nd October meeting £10 reduction will be applicable.

9 Proposed Rule Changes

- General tidying up of the rules and Constitution.

- Adding a rule so that postponing teams must give a list of available players.

- Allowing in mixed doubles to chat between turns.

10. Competitions to do next season.
- Remove the Team plate? This was very good in the early days when we had multiple divisions in the league, now it appears unnecessary as so few teams participate?
- Remove the house cup? As we have too many similar competitions.
- Number of ladies required making up a K/O? (8)?
- Competition format, these are usually worked in to the league fixtures through out the season. Should it remain like this or better to have rounds 1 and 2 in consecutive weeks, nearer the end of the season.

Season start: Sunday 17th Sept. 2017.
Next meeting: Mon. 2nd October 2017. (Limit to qualify for £10 discount for Team registration)
