• 9th July - So the results are in and verified and this years 2014/15 League Winners are............... 'SNOOKER 2'. A massive congratulations to you all. Much deserved winners with great results each week keeping them comfortably at the top of the table throughout the season.

  League Runners-up goes to (of course) 'Snooker Shooters'. Second place could'nt of been any tighter, with a 12-0 victory against TSSC on the last game, we managed to pip that second spot from Dolphin Misfits both ending on the exact same frames won & lost but with a better Team win difference.

  Now for the finals nights. So why not come along and support your team mates, family & friends and enjoy watching some great Pool being played over the next 3 weeks

• 01st July - Whooo Hoo, with one last league fixture on Sunday, all postponed matches have been played and the website is all up to date. Looks to me a clear winning team, but lets just hold out till next week to announce anything shall we. As some of you have noticed, I had totally forgotten about the Captains Cup which I have now added to the Finals Fixtures below.

• 25th June - 2 postponed games (Qclub vs TSSC & TSSC vs Felsto) played on Sunday and have now been updated, thanks for getting them played. We saw the singles competition get to the final, well done to Kev Bowen and Elliot Last making that far. Only two more weeks of league matches to go, which will bring us to the competitions finals nights as follows:

• 18th June - Week 20 results are in. Cork vs Snooker 2 was postponed, hopefully they will find time to play this fixture, I would hate to see Snooker 2 give away 12 points :0).

  Well done to Jan Brightman/Colin Brightman & Bernie Miles/Elliot Last making it to the finals of the mixed doubles - Keep an eye on the website for dates of the Finals coming soon.

  The Quarters & Semi's of the Singles Competition are this weekend bringing us to a close of all qualifing competitions. Those participating please meet at the Snooker Club by 7:45pm.

• 03rd June - Week 19 updated. This weekend (7th June) we host the Mixed Doubles competition. Why not grab your partner from home and bring them along to have a go. The more teams entered the better it will be.
• 14th May 15 - All up to date with scores. A very much deserved 8ball from Mr Tom Donohoe Sunday night - well done fella.

  Prim round, Quarters & Semi's of the House Champions Cup on Sunday. Please can you all make sure Matt Miles has all the names of the finalists to be able to complete the draw.

• 6th May 15 - Still no score card from RBL vs TSSC so I have updated the results without them, if you could get the results to me asap I will enter them on here for you.

  Sunday saw the Semi finals of the Knockout & Losers Plate Cup. Well done to Dolphin & Cork through to the finals of the Knockout Cup and to RBL & Snooker Shooters through to the Losers Plate Final. Unfortunately, us the Snooker Shooters went through as TSSC no showed. Maybe just a courtesy call next would be nice to say you're not coming???!!!

• 1st May 15 - The results and player stats will be updated once I receive the last outstanding score sheet (RBL vs TSSC).
• Sunday we are at the Semi Final's stage of the Team Knockout & Losers Plate. The top team of each match are the Home team and will be played at their venue. You can find all the details in the competitions bar. Any problems please call Matt Miles 07710 266261 (competition secretary)
• 23rd April 15 - Team K/o & Losers, Singles, Doubles & Scotch Doubles competitions should all be up to date for your viewing. If you spot any mistakes or anything incorrect please let me know. Back to week 17 of the league this coming sunday, best of luck and i'll see you all soon.
• 22nd April 15 - Two postponed games played over the easter holidays, these have now been updated to the website. Well done to Simon Trudgett/Phil Evans & The Thorpe Brothers making to the final of the scotch doubles.
• 1st April 15 - Week 16 Complete. Another 8 Ball in the bag, this time by the one and only Simon Trudgett, well done fella. Those not playing, enjoy your easter break. I'm off camping in this beautiful english weather.

• CAPTAINS CUP this weekend 15th March at the Snooker Club. Please can you all arrive by 7:45pm so I can sort out the draw and get the competition started. Please note if your Captain is unavailabe then the Vice Captain is next to stand in. If the outcome both Captain & Vice are unavailable then a player can be be nominated.
• Last week we saw our first finalists go through in the Doubles Competition. Well done to Simon Trudgett / Kevin Bowen & Mick Florey / James Fosker. Good luck in the final.

• 3rd Mar 15 - Week 14 updated.... This coming Sunday we have the Doubles Competition Quarter & Semi Finals. These are to be played up the Snooker Club and please arrive by 7:45 for registration.

  We now have 3 postponed matches, the only spare weeks we have to get these played are 05/04, 12/04 & 24/05. Please could the Captains arrange with one another a suitable date for when you can get these played. All contact details are on the left "Team Contacts" and inform me when done.

  HOUSE CHAMPIONS CUP - Just a little reminder that your individial team qualifier should be played when you have a BYE or Holiday and the winning name to be given to Matt Miles. Not exactly sure how many have still to play, but please could you arrange to be done by 9th May.

• 24th Feb 15 - Week 13 updated.... FYI, the 2 outstanding singles matches will be played on the quarter/semi's final night.
• Singles Competition up to date with the players gone through to the quarters finals.
• 10th Feb 15 - Week 12 updated....... With next week being free (half term) it would be a great opportunity for the following outstanding singles matches to be played.

• 3rd Feb 15 - Week 11 updated. Can you believe it, we are now half way through the season and it's looking pretty close at the top of the table. Listening to some of the comments from teams the last few weeks we all seem to be enjoying the pool this year. I must admit, it's gone rather smoothly for me and the committee and I would like to thank you all for your hard work and commitment in keeping this league adrift and bringing back Felixstowe Pool.
• Website has had a little refurb and a tidy up. New features/Stats and Team Contacts have all been updated. If anything is now different with contacts please let me know and i'll correct this.
• 21st Jan 15 - Week 10 complete.
